We recently received customer reports of the fabric tearing during wear. We take these reports very seriously and immediately conducted an inspection of our remaining inventory. The inspection confirmed that some units may not meet our durability standards and may be more susceptible to tearing in areas under stress.
As a precaution, we have removed this product from sale and are reviewing the affected production batch.
If you own this product, please inspect its main stress areas and seams. If you notice any seam opening, or if you are concerned about continuing to wear it, please contact us at cs@timecatcherco.com
Affected customers may request:
- A full refund to the original payment method.
We apologize for the concern and inconvenience. We are completing additional testing and will update this page when more information is available.
