We hope you love your purchase. However, we are happy to process an exchange or issue you a refund.

Time Catcher offers a 30-day returning period. Please contact our customer service within 21 days from the date you received all your items. You can request a return. Returns made after 21 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Refunds

Please click here to request a return label within 15 days after all packages in your order have been delivered. This allows the package to be sent back within 30 days. After purchasing the return label through the self-service portal, please use the label to send the item back. 
Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For refund requests, customers are responsible for the return shipping label fee.
Return shipping fees are variable and may differ depending on the actual return shipment. The exact amount will be shown during the self-service process before payment, so you can review it before confirming your request.
Return labels are valid for 15 days only. After that period, the label cannot be canceled and the label fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit

For exchange requests or store credit requests, please contact our customer service team directly at cs@timecatcherco.com within 15 days.
This applies to requests such as:
  • Size exchange 
  • Color exchange
  • Exchange for another available item
  • Store credit instead of a refund
For approved requests, we will provide a return shipping label free of charge. Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the size, color, or item you would prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact cs@timecatcherco.com directly.
These cases require manual review and should not be submitted through the standard self-service refund flow.
Please provide:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
For approved quality-related cases, our customer service team will arrange the return label and next steps. Customers will not be charged a return shipping label fee for approved quality-related issues.

 

The return label is available for the following countries and areas: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Australia.

After the returned order is delivered, our customer service team will process the refund or exchange for you within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on PayPal or your bank.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the parcel is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We can not cancel the order if the parcel is already shipped out.

Return Shipping Protection

We offer optional Return Shipping Protection at checkout for eligible orders.

When added to your order, Return Protection includes a prepaid return or exchange shipping label if you need to send the item back within our return window.

Return Protection must be added at checkout and cannot be added after the order has been placed. It covers the return shipping label only and does not change our return eligibility requirements.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging when applicable.

If Return Protection is not added, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Return Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Important Notice:

  1. Returns are accepted only for items that are new, unwashed, undamaged, and still have original tags and packaging.
    Items showing visible signs of wear, alterations, or missing/damaged packaging (excluding special paper wrapping) are not eligible for return. Thank you for your understanding.
  2. You must use the return label we provide, then send the return package to us within 30 days after the delivery date. Additionally, we are not responsible for the loss of the package if it returned without permission.
  3. We can only process one time exchange/refund for items in your order.
  4. Undergarments(Socks, Boxer Shorts, and Tank Tops), free gifts, 'Assure+ Service' products, products tagged 'Non-returnable', 'sale' products, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  5. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  7. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to cs@timecatcherco.com
  8. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  9. You can only return to the return warehouse address we provide.
    Please ensure you don't put non-Time Catcher items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
  10. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing";
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items;
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Important Notes: Any Taxes, Duties, and original shipping cost collected will not be refunded in the event of a return.
